Basic stay with awful bathroom

Reception staff was ok. Location good. When wifi worked (3out of 4 days) it was good and decent. Ac worked.

Firstly the bathroom was awful, no hot water, shower head cludget and one tiny leak of water coming out. Toilet water not flushing. God svared of a cockroach once in there and little red ants in rhe room, bed and everywhere. Tv also had no signal so it was more decorative. Bed matress was just foam and extremly uncomfortable to sleep on. No remote for ac.

Excellent choice for backpackers!

Location wise....t'was excellent! Almost all famous fast food chain were near the place and it has easy access to transportation like taxis and jeeps. North and South bus terminal are within few minutes away.

The size of the bed, was too small for two people. The price of the room went higher from the original price when I booked our stay.

Avoid if you can

The room was obviously not maintained well. The plumbming is not working. We requested to be transferred in a room with a door that can only be opened from the outside so we always need to call the front desk to help us open the door. The staff is another level. We checked in 9pm but the front desk is already passed as sleep and we waited for her to wakeup. Seemingly lost, another 15min passed before we managed to get our rooms cards. They are untidy as well. Front desk to utility crew. There are other budget friendly accommodations in Cebu. Try that, avoid this hotel if you can.

Bedding and towels were cleaned, and not bad location

Check in - we were given a key that was only for our electricity. It would not unlock the actually door and for the duration of our stay we had to ask reception to come and unlock it or lend us the master key, which is also a lack of security as if the wrong person had the key they could try to enter anyone else’s room. The bathroom - there was a cockroach waiting for our arrival in the bathroom. Water was also leaking and creating a puddle in the centre of the bathroom. We believe it was leaking from the bidet. Bedroom - Ant we’re trailing from one end of our room to the other, sometimes even in our bed. Aircon was inpractically placed in the corner of the room, and didn’t make much difference to the overall temperature

Bedding was clean, the bed small, pillows should be better.

The receiptionist did not know about our reservation, we arrived exactly at the time we emailed to their request. A big cockroach with a big smile welcomed us in the room and disappeared behind the bed. The aircon looks and works like being manufactured in the late 1990s. The shower handle must be from the same century, fall apart after using it. Waterflow very little only. Next time we go again 300 M towards Chong Hua Hospital, it's new, spacious, has an elevator and is 400 Peso less.

The room has a lot of ants and the floor is so sticky. I don't like the ambiance.

Adequate for one night stay

Convenient location

Room had a hole in the ceiling and damp patches. Toilet seat was broken and drains blocked as water took a while to drain away so flooded the bathroom. Lot of ants and bugs in the room. AC unit poorly positioned so it only cools one portion of the room. Wifi didn’t work. We stayed for one night but I wouldn’t stay again.

Needs improvement and maintenance

The Location is near to some areas like mall.

When u enter the lobby it's so hot and humid only electric fan no air-conditioning. With small desk counter. staff has no uniform only simple clothes and some on slipper and perspiring due to hot lobby with towel on the shoulder. Hotel is up to 3rd floor so no elevator , u have to carry ur luggage but the staff will help u going up but going down u will carry ur own luggage, if staff is not available. The room picture in booking.com.is deceiving, Our room was hot the whole night, air-conditioning was not cooling. The ceiling has a big whole so 1 big cockroach come inside room and I was trying to kill but go under the bed. The side table is very old when I open it smell old wood. The telephone was not working and I can't call the lobby to asked for WiFi password, there was no any directory in the room. When we took bath , the drainage was clogged so it flooded. We didn't enjoy our stay of 1 night. It was stressful , no good sleep. We check out very early. This hotel needs maintenance and improvement.

Not worth it!

A cheap room. However, I have paid the same amount elsewhere and received a much better quality room

We were given a room that didn't have a key (apparently the previous gusts lost the spare key) so we had to ask the reception staff to walk us to our room and let us in every time. We booked a room with a window, however the window in the room looked out onto an indoor staircase and had frosted glass. Air-conditioning was extremely loud and literally hanging off of the wall. I saw a cocroach in the main reception area. My room had no hot water in the shower. The lid to the toilet fell off. And the tap water smelt strange (contaminated). We were in room 315. Despite the room faults, they still placed us in to it. The receptionists were helpful however were not overly welcoming (they need to smile). I recommend that they staff look into these issues rather than ignoring this complaint.

No way I'll stay again to this place, not unless they'll do some improvement like renovation.

Honestly only the location I like since it's at the very heart of the city, uptown in particular.

Downside was that the room we stayed was far different from the pic showed, unpleasant smell, and untidy. Everything were JURASSIC inside the room.
